| Karin Neal is a 2009 alumna of the University of Maryland - Eastern Shore, earning a B.S. in Criminal Justice where she was a four-year varsity softball player. Joining American Football Networks, Inc. as an intern on May 1, 2014, Neal earned an M.S. in Sport Management at Southern New Hampshire University with a concentration in Athletic Administration. She has worked for the Washington Redskins in the Guest Services Division, including game days and now serves as Assistant Vice President - Event Operations for the 2016 USA College Football Bowl which will be hosted by Savannah, GA over the Martin Luther King Holiday Weekened in January, 2016. |

| Neal joined the Savannah State University Athletic staff as an Athletics Academic Coach for softball, volleyball, and women’s tennis in August, 2014 where she is responsible for coordinating and monitoring academic activities for Savannah State Athletics. In addition, she collaborates with other academic support services staff to promote student-athlete success in their academic careers, and performs duties to ensure institutional compliance with department, institutional, state, federal, NCAA, and MEAC guidelines. |
