Catherine Masters, born November, 1944, founded the National Women's Football Association (NWFA), a full-contact football league for women in 2000 that was headquartered in Nashville, TN. There were two original teams, the Alabama Renegades and Nashville Dream who played each other six times in exhibition games the first year. She reently sold the NWFA.

An inductee into the American Football Hall of Fame, Masters has been featured in the New York Times, CNN, CBS, NBC, ABC, ESPN, the Los Angeles Times and most of major market newspapers and TV networks. Her football league was even featured on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno.for over 8 minutes! She has won numerous awards for  marketing, sports and television production. Her primary focus is helping women become more successful.
