Kim Beach was elevated to the position of Vice President – Digital Sports Social Media on August 25, 2015. A junior studying business management at the University of Colorado – Colorado Springs, she was accepted as an Intern by American Football Networks, Inc. on January 15, 2015.

Co-founder and Vice President of the University of Colorado – Colorado Springs Club Volleyball program, Beach made an immediate, positive, professional impact on the social media operations of American Football Networks as a result of positive, enthusiastic, aggressive and diligent pursuits of her assigned projects.

Beach grew up watching sports, developing specifically an understanding for college football.  A passion has evolved into a challenge to join the sports industry. She realized that correlated with her exceptional knowledge of social media, she can position herself for a lucrative career in the sports social media, with a concentration in football. Her first step was to search internship opportunities at WorkInSports.Com where she discovered an opportunity posted with American Football Networks, Inc. that she has quickly turned into a “real-life” work assignment.

As a founder of the college's volleyball club program, she not only works behind the scenes, scheduling intercollegiate matches and procuring funding, she also contributes to winning results on the hardwood. Beach conducts of summer volleyball camp that currently focuss on youth players but will provide training to high school players in the future. She is a "winner" in athletic competitions, training skills and technique and makes "winning" contributions to the future of sports social media.
